Hey Folks,

If you think the impact of the NFL is limited to the gridiron, today's story will prove you wrong.

What began as a routine Monday Night Football broadcast for a Giants fan took a turn when a single midgame blooper triggered a medical emergency no one saw coming. In a bizarre twist of fate, a moment that went viral for all the wrong reasons ended up being the very thing that saved a man's life.

Voice dictation that doesn't mangle your syntax.

Most dictation tools choke on technical language. Wispr Flow doesn't. It understands code syntax, framework names, and developer jargon — so you can dictate directly into your IDE and send without fixing.

Use it everywhere: Cursor, VS Code, Warp, Slack, Linear, Notion, your browser. Flow sits at the system level, so there's nothing to install per app. Tap and talk.

Developers use Flow to write documentation 4x faster, give coding agents richer context, and respond to Slack without breaking focus. 89% of messages go out with zero edits. Free on Mac, Windows, and iPhone.

The 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh set an all-time attendance record, drawing 805,000 fans to the North Shore over three days. The weekend concluded with a notable local selection when the Pittsburgh Steelers took Navy’s Eli Heidenreich in the seventh round.

The moment underscored a rare statistical feat for the academy while keeping a local prospect in Pittsburgh to begin his professional career.
