As a freshman at Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Bijan Robinson was initially kept off the varsity roster because freshmen almost never played at the top program in the area.

After he scored eight touchdowns in a single game on the lower level, coaches immediately promoted him. He went on to finish his high school career as Arizona’s all-time leader with 114 touchdowns and 7,036 rushing yards, averaging 13.4 yards per carry.
