BREAKING: Kelce & Swift Are Married

In partnership with

🇺🇸 Hey Folks,

Happy 4th of July. We hope you are spending today firing up the grill and enjoying some well-deserved time with family and friends. While we are all taking a break to celebrate America's big day, the NFL world didn't get the memo to slow down.

Now let’s move on to the good stuff…

It started as a podcast mention and a friendship bracelet, and now, the most talked-about chapters in sports and entertainment history have converged. Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have officially taken their vows. The private celebration in New York City brought together the best of both worlds. But as the initial celebration settles, the football world is left looking at the horizon.

What happens when Kelce enters an entirely new phase of life, and how does this shifting dynamic alter his life on the field?

Your Shampoo Is Destroying Your Hair. This One Rebuilds It.

Most shampoos clean your hair while quietly working against it. SLS strips the scalp. Salt dries it out. Parabens disrupt the follicle environment that healthy hair depends on. You wash every day and wonder why things keep getting worse — it's not your hair, it's what you're washing it with. Particle Hair-Thickening Shampoo has none of that. SLS-free, salt-free, paraben-free — it's a science-backed formula that doesn't just clean, it rebuilds from root to tip. Fuller-looking hair isn't just a promise. It's what happens when you stop putting the wrong things on your head. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee. 20% off with code BH20.

Does Patrick Mahomes' historical dominance over Josh Allen in the playoffs make him the automatic default MVP pick?

This Independence Day, while the burgers grill and fireworks wait on standby, we’re pausing the usual training camp rumors for a different kind of history. Just like the visionaries of 1776, the NFL has its own rebels who broke from the old establishment to build a brand-new football nation. Here are four names:

  • Walter Camp: “Play fair, but play hard; win if you can, lose if you must—but take your victories modestly and your whippings without a whimper!”

In the late 19th century, American football was still an outgrowth of British rugby, chaotic and loosely defined. Walter Camp changed that, spending four decades shaping the sport, introducing the quarterback, cutting teams to 11, and replacing the scrum with the line of scrimmage.

  • George Halas: “Find out what the other team wants to do. Then take it away from them.”

George “Papa Bear” Hallas, widely regarded as a founding father of the NFL, helped transform professional football from the struggling post-World War 1 enterprise into a national powerhouse. The defining moment came in 1925, when he signed college star Red Grange, the “Galloping Ghost,” and led the Bears on a demanding 17-game “barnstorming” tour in just over two months. The tour drew crowds of up to 70,000 and reshaped public perception of the sport.

  • Paul Brown: When you win, say nothing. When you lose, say less”

If George Halas was the George Washington of the National Football League, Paul Brown is the Thomas Jefferson. The innovative coach and powerful team owner has been voted the NFL's greatest game changer, even ahead of legendary commissioner Pete Rozelle. He founded and was the first head coach of the Cleveland Browns (who were named after him) and the Cincinnati Bengals. He won seven league championships and is credited with inventing the modern face mask, the draw play, and the practice squad.

  • Al Davis: “Just Win Baby!”

Davis was a trailblazer in breaking down racial and gender barriers in sports. He was the first modern NFL owner to hire a Black head coach (Art Shell), a Latino head coach (Tom Flores), and a female chief executive (Amy Trask). Davis was a respected and visionary leader who helped build the AFL into a league so successful that the NFL couldn’t beat it, so the NFL joined it.

Beyond these four icons, the game we love was shaped by countless other visionaries whose lasting contributions continue to inspire the sport today.
