👋 Hey football fans, Sunday in the NFL was pure chaos. Fourth-quarter field goals were getting blocked left and right, the Eagles pulled off a jaw-dropping comeback, Caleb Williams tore through the Cowboys’ defense in Chicago, and the Chiefs finally snapped a three-game losing streak with a gritty 22-9 win over the Giants. Add in near-upsets, breakout performances, and streaks ending, and it was a full slate that kept fans on edge all day. Let’s unpack all the wild moments in this special post-game edition. Let’s huddle up… |

Blocked Twice, Beaten Once: Rams Collapse in Philly
Lincoln Financial Field delivered a playoff-type finish. The Eagles erased a 17-point deficit and won 33-26 over the Rams when Jordan Davis returned a blocked field goal 61 yards for a touchdown with three seconds left. It was Philadelphia’s second block of the fourth quarter (Jalen Carter got the first), turning what looked like Matthew Stafford’s 50th career game-winning drive into a stunning collapse for Los Angeles. In case you missed it, here’s how Philly pulled off the impossible!
The Eagles turned things around up front and through the air. Lane Johnson went out with a neck injury, Matt Pryor struggled, and then Fred Johnson came in at tackle, giving Hurts the time he needed. A.J. Brown woke up after halftime, six catches, 109 yards, one touchdown, and suddenly the passing game was clicking. The Rams? They lost in every way possible. Offense stalled, defense cracked late, special teams blew it, and Philly walked away 3-0.

Caleb Williams’ Big Day, Cowboys’ Bigger Mess
The Bears finally got off the schneid, and Caleb Williams made sure it wasn’t close. Four touchdown passes, 298 yards, and a 65-yard bomb to Luther Burden III? That’s the kind of day that gets fans back in their seats. Chicago’s offense clicked early and never looked back. The defense, missing three starters, delivered big plays: Tyrique Stevenson forced a fumble on the opening drive, Dominique Robinson recorded his first solo sack since 2022, and Kevin Byard added a late pick to seal the win.
The Cowboys? Not pretty. CeeDee Lamb goes out early, and suddenly everything falls apart. No pass rush, missed assignments in the back end, and an offense that couldn’t even reach 15 points for three quarters… it was ugly. Brian Schottenheimer has a lot to figure out before next week, because if this is a preview of what Dallas looks like against Micah Parsons and the Packers, the season could get messy fast.
Chargers Edge Broncos in Last-Second Thriller
Three games into the season, the Los Angeles Chargers are perfect, off to their first 3-0 start since 2002. Cameron Dicker’s 43-yard game-winning field goal as time expired lifted L.A. over the Broncos 23-20, capping a game full of missed opportunities for Denver. Justin Herbert faced relentless pressure (five sacks, constant hits) but delivered when it mattered most, throwing a late 20-yard touchdown to Keenan Allen to tie the game and then engineering a precise drive to set up Dicker’s kick.
The word “elite” gets thrown around a lot.

Omarion Hampton filled in for injured Najee Harris and rushed for 70 yards with a touchdown while adding 59 receiving yards, proving critical on the final two drives. The Broncos flashed big plays, including a 52-yard touchdown to Courtland Sutton, but couldn’t close in the fourth quarter, going three-and-out on crucial drives. The Chargers made the defensive stop they needed late, and Herbert’s poise under pressure completed the comeback, leaving L.A. 3-0 while Denver falls to 1-2.

Which week 3 victory was the most surprising? |

Keep an eye on the Lions’ offense as it tries to keep pace with a Ravens defense built to wreck your night. Lamar Jackson under the lights is always must-see, and Dan Campbell’s crew will pull out every gadget, trick, and fourth-down gamble they can dream up. Expect big plays, fast pacing, and enough chaos to make this one of Week 3’s can’t-miss matchups.
