Publication by EssentiallySports | June 26, 2026 | Edition #455 |
Hey Folks,
Days after a horrific car crash left him with severe injuries, one longtime NFL analyst is still in the ICU. With a long road to recovery ahead, mounting medical expenses have become another painful reality, pushing him to turn to the public for support…

The road to recovery is proving just as difficult as the accident for this football analyst.

Hair Dye Fixes the Gray. It Doesn't Fix the Roots
Hair dye solves the gray you can see. It doesn't touch the reason it's happening. That's why the roots come back, the color looks painted, and the routine never ends. You're not fixing the problem — you're managing the symptom every few weeks. Particle Anti-Gray Serum works differently. It targets the root cause of graying — restoring your natural pigment gradually, from the inside out. Hair and beard. No dye, no smell, no roots giving it away. Results that look like yours because they are. Five seconds a day. Thirty-day money-back guarantee if you don't see a difference. Over a million men trust Particle. What city would you like to see host the NFL Draft in the future? |

The first-ever NFL Draft looked nothing like the spectacle fans know today. It was held on February 8, 1936, inside Philadelphia’s Ritz-Carlton Hotel, where representatives from just nine teams gathered to select college prospects. A total of 81 players were drafted over nine rounds, with the Philadelphia Eagles making the first-ever selection by choosing Jay Berwanger.
Despite being a Heisman Trophy winner, though, Berwanger never played a single NFL snap because he refused the salary he was offered. He instead chose to work as a foam-rubber salesman, making the NFL’s first draft pick one of its biggest “what ifs.”
